All our signs are manufactured from the highest performance marine fiberglass products available in Australia.

COLOUR

The colouring factor of our signage is created using "FGI AQUAGUARD COLOURS OF LIFE" high performance gelcoats which withstand the severe weathering of all the severe conditions encountered in Australia. This colouring process gives our Company the leading edge as we can manufacture sign products in colours of your choice.

LAYUP

After the gelcoat is sprayed onto the molds, a laminate consisting of 2 layers of 450 CSM "fiberglass matting" & resin are rolled into the molds & left to cure. This produces an exceptionally strong laminate equivalent to a 16 foot canoe.

ASSEMBLY

The 2 sign panels are bonded together with a galvanised 30mm x30mm x 2.5 mm RHS frame in the centre using FGI Probond adhesive.

Letter tracks are then placed on each side of the sign with double-sided tape procured from Adhesives Research Inc. GLEN ROCK, USA. This tape chemically bonds on application to ensure permanent fitment. This gives 4 -200mm high, rows of changeable advertising.

GRAPHICS

Logo's, motif's, crests & graphics are computer cut from an 8 year warranted vinyl & placed on the upper section of the sign to suit your requirements
